This is an FDA-registered facility. Having a “Drug Establishment Registration” means that USANA is using the manufacturing standards for over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. This is well above what is required of a dietary supplement manufacturer.

The products for UK are shipped from the USANA warehouse in England, and the products for Europe are shipped from the USANA warehouse in Netherlands.

Order Status

You will be notified via email when your order has been received, when it is being processed, when is shipped, and when it has been delivered.

If you could not find the email, please search “USANA” in your email, and also check in the Promotions and Spam folders. 

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. The further away from the warehouse, the longer it could take for delivery. In UK, shipping will take 3-6 working days to reach your residence. In Europe, the time frame will vary due to the country and if there are any delays in customs—usually 3 to 10 days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

If your favourite product is out of stock, please contact us about it and we will notify you via email on when we expect the product to be available.

Backorder means that it is out-of-stock. If Clardoon Health learns that an item in your order is out of stock in the USANA warehouse (on backorder), we will notify you about it before processing your order and refund the amount to you.

If, however, the order is already being processed in the USANA warehouse when the backorder situation has been discovered, the item is still charged. USANA will ship the rest of your items that are available. A backorder (B/O) will be placed next to the item on the order packing slip. This means that the remainder of your order is not yet available.

When the item becomes available, the item is then shipped to the customer without any additional charges. We aim to have the backorder product shipped within 48 hours of availability.

If you are unsure if an item is on backorder, you did not receive a product in your order, or you would like to know if a product is available to order, please contact us.

Most of the UK orders are shipped from the warehouse in England. Orders from Europe are shipped from the Netherlands warehouse.

Return/Refund Policy

Customers who order directly from us are eligible for a 100 percent, 30-day, money-back guarantee, no matter what the condition of the product is (opened or unopened). If, for any reason, the customer is dissatisfied with any USANA product, they may return that product within thirty (30) days from the date of order for replacement or full refund of the purchase price.

If the customer has not opened the product, it is in a resalable condition, and it is within three (3) months of expiration date, the product may be returned up to a year from the date of purchase.

The Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred by the decision to return products.

If the error is caused by Clardoon Health (such as having the wrong product or wrong flavour), we will refund the shipping cost.

If the return is due to damage or defect, please provide us with the necessary information (see related question below) so we can support you in refunding the shipping fee from USANA.

If you have a product complaint about an issue such as broken seals, broken tablets, missing tablets, missing products, adverse reactions, please contact us immediately. We need to be able to document the situation so we can assist you in resolving the matter.

We guarantee the quality of the products and shall replace or refund any damaged or defective product. Please follow the steps for returning the product and we shall arrange a replacement or refund. Please also state how the product is damaged, the lot number and expiration date on the product’s packaging.

If you fail to notify us of any damage within thirty (30) days of shipment, you may lose your right to request a correction.

  • Select the product you want to return.
  • Select the reason for returning the product.
  • Send relevant information.
    • For damaged/defective goods:
      • Take a photo of the product
      • Provide the lot number and expiration date of the product
    • For receiving the wrong product/flavour
      • What was not correct
      • What item you should have received
    • For other reasons: Please provide more information on why you are returning the product
  • Specify if you want to:
    • Replace the returned product with the same product
    • Refund the item
    • Replace with the correct product/flavour
  • Submit the return request to Clardoon Health.
  • Once we receive your return request, you will receive an email containing the return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  • Prepare and post your return package. REMEMBER to put the USANA order number on the outside of the package. Doing so will identify the package with you right away, and this means you can get your refund much faster.

Note: We are not liable for items lost in transit. It is preferable to have tracking information for your return shipment. You are responsible for tracking it.
