Preferred Customer FAQs

An individual who purchases products for personal consumption directly from USANA at a discounted price. Preferred Customers are not authorized to resell product, and do not participate in the Compensation Plan.

The Preferred Price is the everyday price offered to Preferred Customers. This price is for all orders, including online orders and orders placed through a USANA office. All Preferred Customers will receive this price.

If you do choose to purchase your products through Auto Order, on qualifying products you will save an additional 10 percent off the Preferred Price.

A Preferred Customer is someone who purchases USANA products for their personal use only, directly from USANA. A Retail Customer is someone who purchases USANA products directly from a USANA Associate or places an order on the company’s website, www.USANA.com, as a guest. Neither customer type is allowed to participate in the compensation plan.

There are no membership and renewal fees. You only pay for the products and shipping.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for Preferred Customers.

For Preferred Customer access to The Hub:

  • Click “Login” from www.USANA.com
  • Enter the Preferred Customer number and password.

In the Shop & Orders tab, just click ‘Shop Products’ and order any products that you’d like, or click ‘Manage My Auto Order’ to set up or edit your Auto Order. It’s that easy!

USANA wants to make sure you’re only getting the e-mails you want. That’s why they’ve created a handy way to customize your preferences online for the e-mails you receive.

To customize your e-mail subscriptions:

  • Log onto The Hub
  • Click on the “My Account” icon
  • Click on “Profile Manager”
  • Select the “Manage E-mail Subscriptions” link
  • Click the boxes to subscribe (or unsubscribe) from the e-mails of your choice

Automated E-mail: Triggered by activity on your account. For example, if you purchase a USANA product, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.

Preferred Customers Only: If you are a USANA Preferred Customer and don’t want to be left out of USANA’s product specials and hot deals, then make sure to sign up for these e-mails that are written specifically for you.

Although we REALLY don’t recommend it, if you don’t want any e-mails from USANA rolling into your inbox, follow the same steps:

  • Log onto The Hub
  • Click on the “My Account” icon
  • Click on “Profile Manager”
  • Select the “Manage E-mail Subscriptions” link
  • Click the “Opt-out” box to unsubscribe from all USANA e-mails

Please note that it may take up to a week for the subscribe, unsubscribe, or opt-out changes to take effect.

  • Login to your account
  • Go to your Profile, click Refer a Friend, and Copy Link
  • Send the link to your family and friends

Each time a USANA order is placed through your share link, USANA will notify you that you have successfully referred a friend. You will also receive confirmation when these credits are available to use.

Referral status and credits can also be checked by visiting the Refer a Friend management page and clicking on the arrow by your name. A reminder will also be displayed as you visit USANA shop.

Product credits can be applied at checkout. PCs will select which credits they would like to use at the time of payment. Any credits used will be automatically withdrawn from their account. Credits can also be used to pay for Auto Orders—from the Auto Order payment screen, you can elect to have any available credits automatically applied to their Auto Order.

Unused credits will remain available for future purchases. Credits can be used for up to one year from the time they are earned.

Yes. A Preferred Customer may cancel their account at any time either over the phone by contacting Customer Service, via the e-Mail address listed on their account, or in writing by fax or mail.

Once a PC account has been cancelled, there is no restriction for a PC to become a first-time Associate or Distributor. If the PC has been an Associate or Distributor in the past, they must wait the required amount of time before re-registering as an Associate or Distributor.

A Preferred Customer can not earn a commission.

Auto Order FAQs

Auto Order means that your order is sent to you automatically every 4 or 8 weeks. This is particularly useful when ordering vitamins or any product that you will use on a regular basis.

Yes. Just for being a Preferred Customer (PC), you receive Preferred Pricing when shopping on your USANA PC account. If you choose to take advantage of Auto Order, you’ll receive an additional 10% off of Preferred Pricing on all Auto Orders. You can stop at anytime.

No, you can simply choose to sign up as a Preferred Customer without Auto Order. You can take advantage of the benefits of controlling your own account with login and tracking functions, as well as the free health resources within your online account.

Do I have to order the same products each month when I am on Auto Order?

Yes, if you see that you are accumulating too much product and don’t want your Auto Order delivered next month, you can select a much later processing date. You can also put it on hold and set a resume date, or call when you want to resume.

A Preferred Customer may cancel their auto order at any time either over the phone by contacting Customer Service, via the e-Mail address listed on their account, or in writing by fax or mail.

After signing up for the Auto Order program, USANA will automatically send you a reminder the Wednesday before the products are shipped.

You may set up or change your Auto Order as needed to meet your changing nutritional and personal care needs on or before midnight MST the Friday before it is scheduled to ship.

If you do not make any changes to your Auto Order by Friday midnight MST of your Auto Order week, USANA will deliver the USANA products on the existing Auto Order. If you are unhappy with this, you may choose to return or exchange the products. You may contact USANA or Clardoon Health for help on this one.
