This is great for my bones and muscles, which are my foundation for all my activities. For this reason, MagneCal D is one of my top 3 supplements (CellSentials and BiOmega are the other 2). As MagneCal D is good for the muscles, it also supports the non-stop muscular contractions of my cardiovascular system and digestive system. I take this at night, as magnesium also has a calming effect on the muscles. I'm also particular with the type of calcium used, as I don't want anything that gets converted to calcium oxalate stones. Usana uses calcium citrate and calcium carbonate, which are good forms of calcium. Plus this has Vitamin D, making sure that you can absorb and retain calcium where you need it. Great product.
