I love taking care of my joints. I know how much my lifestyle and comfort can be affected by poor joints. I love hiking, running, cycling, dancing and yoga, and I love wearing killer heels :-D Procosa takes care of my joints so I can keep enjoying moving about. I also love turmeric, and I've learned that the standard turmeric extract out there would need high doses to make a significant impact. However, a high dose would mean increased side effect, especially upset stomach. Usana Procosa uses turmeric extract formulated with Meriva, which makes small amounts of turmeric so effective, so you don't need to take lots to get the same benefits. This Meriva formulation also makes their turmeric 30-60 times more bioavailable than standard curcumin. I found my turmeric superpower :-D
